UU ID
UU ID is unique identifier for external user. As this is not a required field, if user does not enter any value, system shall store username value in UU ID.
Once registration completes for an external user, system can allow updating the username but shall not allow updating UU ID.
User can update username for an account by entering UU_ID value from User table in UU ID field and entering a new username in username field. Then after, user is expected to enter both username and UU ID for successful login.
